Community Engagement Training - IAP2
BBS Directors Amanda Newbery and Gerard Reilly are internationally-accredited by the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) to conduct community engagement training.
Certificate Course of International Association for Public Participation (IAP2)
The IAP2 Certificate is an internationally accredited 5 day program offered by IAP2. Participants will learn a clear and logical process for thinking about, planning and conducting community engagement programs and activities. Workbooks are provided for each participant. Upon completion of all each module students receive a certificate for that module only. Upon completion of all three modules, students receive the International Certificate of Public Participation from IAP2.
The full Certificate Course consists of the following 3 Modules (5 full days) where all participants must attend each session in full to receive their certificate:-
- Module 1 - Planning Effective Public Participation Programs (2 days) (Module 1 is a pre-requisite for Module 2 & 3)
- Module 2 - Techniques for Effective Public Participation (2 days)
- Module 3 - Effective Communication for Public Participation (1 day)

MODULE 2 WILL BE HELD AT BBS ON WEDNESDAY 4th & THURSDAY 5th AUGUST, 2010 - 8AM TO 4PM.
MODULE 3 WILL BE HELD AT BBS ON FRIDAY 6th AUGUST, 2010 - 8AM TO 4PM.
